waste of money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Physically speaking, the location is a dream. beautiful landscaping, a pool, green grass, trees etc. its okay though, they ruin it all with the cheap, gross apartments. carpet is stained and dirty, the insides of cabinets are warped, none of them lie flat or straight, the tile tops of the kitchen are stained and cracked. the oven dial was broken, therefore i coul dnt cook anything and the air conditioning dial broken as well, which made it difficult to tell what temperature it was running at (and lead to a VERY high electric bill until i figured it out)...the last kicker......for the first month i moved in, i had NO COLD WATER in the shower. yep, everyday i had to take hot, boiling showers allllllll summer long!
