My motorcycle has been vandalized five times and management refuses to hire a security guard or compensate me.

The complex is filled with spoiled rich kids driving Lexus's and partying way too late in the night. I've lived here three years and watched it steadily decline.

The pool is tiny and cold.
The rents are too much for too little.
The only decent thing about it is location.
