Boy I gotta tell you there are a bunch of whiny kids posting remarks here. I ve just read most of the comments, and anybody with any common sense can see one commonality. Something bad happens, so let s blame it on management. Come on take responsibility for your own actions. Management didn t loose your wallet, or cause your car to be towed. Yea ya think the bazillion signs stating YOU WILL BE TOWED with out a parking permit might give you a clue! No let s blame management as it s their fault I took the chance, and parked without a permit. Sure there are some negative things about Zona Verde, but what apartment complex doesn t have negative aspects, that s apartment living. My experience with Zona Verde management has been very positive, as they have always been their, and done their best to resolve my issues. This place is extremely close to the U of A. You can walk or take the Cat Tran to college. This alone saves in gas and the high parking fees at the U of A. I highly recommend Zona Verde.
