I can t believe ZV has such a poor rating online! This is by far the best apartment complex within walking distance of campus. I lived here for two years in a 1BR/1BA and one year in a 2BR/1BA. Lisa, the manager, has always been more than helpful. She is so sweet you can t help but like her. Kenny, the maintenance guy, has always addressed problems quickly. The staff is very friendly. The complex is full of college kids (What else do you expect two blocks from campus'') if you don t want the college lifestyle don t move here. There have been a few issues with people stealing car stereos, and I think the owners should put in some cameras, but I had my Acura there for three years without any problems. The car towing policy is strict because the apartments are very close to campus, but the office is always happy to hand out temp parking passes you re your guests or a rental car. Rent is somewhat expensive, but the location saved me from paying even more for a campus parking permit. If I was still living in Tucson I d be at ZV. I only hope my new apartment complex is as good as ZV was.
