Pinnacle Canyon Apartments were renovated and converted to Condos in 2007 / 2008, so this is no longer an Apartment Complex. Most residence there now own their unit. I guess the experience can vary depending on who you rent from. I rented a furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment for 3 month from a Property Management Company, when I first moved to Tucson. I love the changes! When I moved in we had problems and now with new Management we have seen many positive changes. It makes me feel more secure with the new gate. we have new washers and dryers that always work. The people in the office are always friendly and having different activities.

I have lived here four nearly 4 years. My apartment is spacious, quiet and cool. The office staff are always helpfull and professional. The mainteance guys get things fixed right away.
