I AGREE...EVICT THE CRACKHEAD I can't believe all the reviews about #4!!! That lady is NUTS......why don't they kick her out??? It clearly states in the lease that drug use is not tolerated but obviously it is. Maybe she cuts a deal with the staff or something....
