Newly Renovated in 2008 - Pinnacle Canyon Apartments were renovated and converted to Condos in 2007 / 2008, so this is no longer an Apartment Complex. Most residence there now own their unit. I guess the experience can vary depending on who you rent from. I rented a furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment for 3 month from a Property Management Company, when I first moved to Tucson. Stay away from this Place !!! I was only there for three months , I had to break my lease due to Personal reasons , But I spoke with the staff about it before I moved out . I was there by myself , didnt have much furniture and they are trying to charge me over 3000 dollars in clean up

Beautiful Property Not only is the staff very professional and courteous but the place is extremely well maintained. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit. The rates are well worth what I get in return. The grounds are impeccable. GREAT view from my enclosed patio. I'm not going anywhere!

Great place live! I have lived here 8 months and I feel very comfortable and taken care of by the office staff and by maintance. The maintenance staff is so great, I know that if I have a problem they take care of it right away and I don't have to worry. They are very polite and friendly.
