I really enjoy living here, it's one of the better apartments in Yuma. The staff is friendly and they take care of maintenance and emergencies very quickly. There are some rowdy kids in the complex and they have a ton of pool parties and the adults get a bit wild at night in the pool (but they end at 9 or 10 the latest per complex rules so this is good), but overall I think this complex was the best I found and the studio apartment has a cute layout with the half wall. Good apartments for the younger crowd, I don't recommend it to the old folks.
