Can't wait to leave From: justinsgirl27 Date posted: 2/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We have been renting here for 4 months now. It has been miserable. The walls are super thin and we have neighbors who love to late night party. We called apt security to help us out and they did nothing. I went to the office to complain and they did nothing. The office staff does not have a friendly bone in their body. The minute you sign the lease all customer service flies out the window. The apartment we moved into has major maintenance issues when we moved in ie keys did not fit locks, dishwasher broken, and our first floor flooded the first night we moved in due to our neighbors bad pipes. We can not wait to get out of here. I don't know much about other Yuma area apartments, but surely you can do better than this.
