El Encanto is great. Should have been voted Yuma's Best Apartment Complex. Management responds quickly to all requests and even went out of their way to make sure my move in was flawless. The manager went as far as to run to TImeWarner the day prior to my arrival to pick up my DVR and internet box. Now where else could you go and the manager her self would run your errans.
