The entire complex is one-story units, which dramatically reduces noise and other nuisances such as having to climb the stairs when moving in with heavy furniture. Landscaping is generally in good shape; the grass is green considering the hot climate in Yuma. Management staff is very cooperative and responsive. Off-hours maintenance could use a little improvement, though. Overall score is really good.
