Overall my experience at Hayden Square as been a good one and I would recommend these apartments to others.

The apartments are older which adds to it charm and well kept.

Each unit has a wonderful patio area that makes entertaining even in a studio apartment possible.

My neighbors are friendly and quiet.

The grounds are well maintained with good lighting.

The pool is always well cared for.

Another bonus is a small fitness room and that cable is included.

The assigned covered parking is great.

However, if you have guests it can be difficult to find parking.

The only drawback is that several residents have left cats behind that have created a feral cat colony.

The cats can be noisy, messy and leave dead birds on the property.

By comparison to other problems I could encounter in renting this is a small one.

All other areas are good--the management & maintenance staff are outstanding! You can never find the perfect place but the staff aims to do all they can to make your living experience a good one.
