Im not a resident or anything but i live directly across the street from them.
they are one big room( bed room/ living room, then goes off the the kitchen. and on the other side of the house is a closet and a bathroom. they are very cute. and really good apartments for 1-2 people. although there is a few people that live over there that have 3 people in one apt. a mother, father and a little boy.
the manager is very nice and will help you with what ever you need. she takes care of the flowers and the garbage and theres even a little place in the middle of the parking lot that you can sit in and entertain friends, have a soda pop can and there is a can crusher and a garbage can in there too for your convience.. even a white board to write messages to other residents. its not at all noisy except for the random motorcycles and big rigs passing thru to get back on the highway. they even have a apartment garage sale that the manager arranges for anyone living there..
so i highly recommend these apartments. pretty soon the move in deposit and the monthly rent is going down!!. I must say also, we have ( not a neighborhood watch but i street watch) so cars will almost never be broken into and there is lighting all around the apartments. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
