My family and I have lived here nearly a year. We moved from a single-family home and chose Oak Creek because the units were brand new. The apartment itself is very nice as are the grounds. Our area doesn't have much green space, but there are aprartments with nice lawns right outside their doors. The pool area and gym are top notch. Our leasing agent was excellent but sadly no longer works here. The manager is nice, but some of her assistants lack her poise and professionalism. That said, this is a very nice development, one of the nicest in the Conejo Valley. The prices are a little steep, but you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer complex. If value is your main goal, keep looking. If you want a very upscale complex with nice amenities, this is the place. Also, maintenance is very kind and very responsive.
