Nice place but steep price, a bit noisy, declining safety

This community is brand new which somehow translates to steep price but this is also a fairly nice place compared to other apartments around the area.
The monthly rental doesn't include water, trash and sewer. Those three charges are managed by ISTA which will add extra dollars (admin fee) on top of your monthly bill.
There are many families with small kids and sometimes those brats can be very noisy and creatively piling up trash after they play date.
Recently, one tenant got the cars' windows smashed and the management quickly changed the garage code.
Few recent incidents made me feel somewhat dissatisfied with this community. I am certainly not paying high rental rate to have this kind of situations inside the complex. Hopefuly, the management will get things straighten out soon enough.
