I've lived here for almost a year, and when my lease ends, I will be moving out. I didn't mind paying a little more for a nicer community, but the hassle with the office staff almost makes it worse.
The apartments are beautiful, I love the big windows, and my neighbors are very nice.
But they are not as "dog friendly" as they claim to be. I got a notice that my dog was barking too much. I also heard that another person's dog was being evicted. There is a lot of dog poop around the complex and my dog has gotten sick many times. Also, I mentioned to an employee that there were a lot of coyotes around (they come up to my patio!) and I have a small dog. She just replied, "I love it, I love being so close to nature." I hope a coyote eats her dog.
