Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Lived at Oak Ridge, which is now Archstone Agoura Hills. Even after immaculate cleaning, careful check out and walk throughs with staff, suddenly AFTER we left the area, staff attempted to charge almost the full amount and not refund the security deposit. Don't let this happen to you! FYI: Please see "State of California; Department of Consumer Affairs; California Tenants, A Guide to Residential Tenants' and Landlords' Rights and Responsibilities." Be very careful before renting from a company with a history of "bad faith" actions.
