I have been here for 5 months and I can't wait to get out. Problems with the on-site manager from day one. The manager and her husband physically threatened my boyfriend and I within one month of moving in and it has gone down hill since. Manager blocked our parking for 6 days and refused to move. Told neighbors (who are all very nice) that we had killed our dogs (my babies) and to watch in case we tried to dump the bodies. (I know it sounds unbelievable, but that is how crazy the manager is.) Parking is awful, apartment is hot enough to broil meat in summer. We were told it was cable ready and wired for cable internet. Wasn't wired at all. We had to pay to have the whole place rewired.
The owners' repair staff is wonderful. Very helpful and expediant. Would reccomend only if the manager's gone!!!
