live here only if you like having your rent JACKED 1x year From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   the place itself is ok. the mgr is super cool. but the company jacks EVERYONES rent 10% across the board. regardless of market rates or reality. "due to current market conditions. etc etc" blah blah corpspeak.. -------. for what the rates are 10% is a HELL OF A LOT OF MONEY. i dont know anyone who gets the mythical 7% salary increase much less 10%... bastards.
