Pros- NONE what so ever.


Cons- Where should we start' The place is falling apart; the owner is CHEAP and will not fix a damn thing! Our stove was broken and was leaking gas. After 8 months it still wasn?t fixed. Our front door was taken off. They put a new one back one, half way. There was a 1/2 inch space going around the whole door frame. The sink in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The whole window fell out of the wall; you had to keep the window up with sticks. Not to mention cracks in the walls, people including the manager walk through the hallways smoking. The place is falling a part. Willie the grounds keeper has a real bad attitude about fixing things; which is ironically his job.


As for parking I was parked in my spot and was towed by management, at my expense! Oh ya. All the nice shops ya right, there is a bar downstairs in the same building, and for a female it sure didn?t feel safe at night. The security door that they have installed, all you have to do to get in is turn the knob.


The place is so bad, the UPS driver wouldn?t go inside he would just leave your package at the front door.


I would live On the Streets Before I live There Again.


I believe the housing department has an investigation on Alameda Hotel Apartments.
