I'm not one to complain. I have lived in this building for four years. The building has it's charm. The management is friendly but can be rude and lazy. The maintenance guy just plain sucks, it takes forever to get him to do something and by the time it is done it is worse than it started off to be. The building is falling apart. If you have a nice car watch out, I have had mine broken into twice and refuse to put another sterio in it. I have had my car towed out of my paid for spot and it cost me $130. The water is always hot but the presure in some rooms is very low. There is a pool that is open three months out of the year and when it is it full of screeming kids. I am a man so I feel safe, but I walk my girlfriend to and from her car. The hallways stink from people cooking and the garbage shoot backs up daily. The washing machines generaly work and I have never had clothes stolen. It is close to stores except a grocery one. The owner raises the rent 5% a year but decided not to tghis year because I think the rooms are expensive compared to the market now. Okay the place is a dump, but I call it home.
