Disabled person suffering due to Broken Elevators

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009

I am living in this building from 3 Years I moved here in Dec 2006 in 2006 Elevators were working properly but now in 2009 the whole year Elevators are not working properly I am wheel chair scooter bounded and I hanged in the elevators some times more than 1 hour due to uneven stopping on 2nd floor actually I am living on 2nd floor, when I am hanged in elevators if other tenants come they help me to get out from the elevators. After many times complain elevators are still in the same position some times elevators not working more 2 days until it gets fixed I am bounded to stay in my room and not be able to get down even I cant be able to get down to open entrance door for my visitors. Management is not friendly and rude. Office is open only in few hours in the morning time so its hard to find any person for launch a complain for any matter like wise repair and maintenance. I am still living in this building because I don't have any other choice As a disabled person its hard for me to even think to move from here. In the end of my words I just want to say please take care and think twice to move in this place specially if you are disabled or elder.
