first thangs first what is the biggest problem is that the gangs from the neighborhood run these projects not the managment team it is across the street from harbor island apartments a huge housing project complex and it is over run by crime and drugs their is a murder in the neighbor hood almost every month for such a small community that is ALOT there is a gang that calls they self T.O.K. (TRIBE OF KILLERS)AND THEY RUN THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD and right know they are at war with another gang called the 500 block mobstas it be hella violent there dont do move there you wouldn't make it.
