This was a worst place we ever live! The place looks nice at first look but once you encounter the inhabitatnt (yhe ------ and snoopy retired retards) you would not live here. First of all, they rig the power meters so we need to pay more than $600 for the electric power for the first few months. Second, they file multiple frivolous complaints throught their managment company chich you can not ever dispute - like stealing a 2 packs of tooilet paper from their car!

Also tese retards make a LOT of noise duroing the day but compalin even a small noise to Almeda POLICE during evening!

In addition, you could not park any addtional vehicles on the property.

Stay awya from this ------ place!
