I cannot belive how this apartment complex has survived this long. The management is absolutely horrible. No follow-up on lease, tenant, or maintenance related issues. In order to get something done you have to not pay rent because that is the only way the property manager will communicate with you. The interiors are old and management refuses to upgrade but insist on rate increases at every lease renewal. These people need a reality check. They need to relize that resident service and satisfction is key and until they do, they will continue to receive horrible reviews and have unhappy residents.
The water quality is so poor that its pointless to use the dishwasher. You have to run sink water for 5 minutes or so before clear water will come out of the the faucet. The only cable avalible is TV Max which completely SUCKS! No option of getting digital unless your unit is faacing the west side. Every time a new manager or assistant comes in and makes imporvements, they are fired or leave so nothing ever gets better. I do not know about Sequia Equities (management company, possible owner) but I will never rent another apartment owned or management by this group ever again. This was a huge mistake.
