Beautiful, timely, helpful

I have lived at Ballena Village for two years now. I agree with some of the other comments written on this site and disagree with many as well. The landscaping is beautiful! The staff works exteremly hard and are pleasant people to be around. I find that work done in my apartment has been done in timely manner and office staff is always helpful and courteous. I also can't beat the location, being so close to San Francisco. I do agree that the TV company here is terrible and more expensive than it is worth. However, I have and continue to recommend my friends and family to live here. Now that should say something
