best apartment in alameda From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I've lived in many apartments in and around Alameda, and few have the amenities that this complex has. The gym is convenient, the pool heated (really) and the spa is hot and clean. I love the layout of my apt, there is plenty of space and it looks open and inviting. Parking is plentiful and relatively safe. The laundry is huge, and they also have facilities in each building. The deposit was very low ($500), the lowest I have found. I would recommend this apt complex to anyone, and in fact have.
