BEWARE! of special low rates, has a catch! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   They draw you in with the low rates, then jack it back up when you're in. I agree don't get sucked in with their deceptive specials! plus takes forever to get something fixed around there. p.s. I'm not hating the people that work there. It's the people who have the authority to make up the rates are the ones who are insensitive to the people. Here's a tip: Good tenants are keepers! Bottom line "They don't care!"
