Security: Cars are not protected. Only one locking gate that is frequently broken and remains unrepaired for nearly a year at a time. Other entrances are ungated to parking lots.
Gym: Equipment broken - weeks and months unrepaired. Non-resident students from nearby school gain access break equipment and trash restrooms frequently.
Suana: Both men and womens sauna have been broken for more than a year.
Pool and Jacuzzi: Non-resident students use the pools daily wearing dirty street clothes - very unhealthy.
Rules: Constantly broken by residents inviting unsupervised guests up to 20 high school guests at one time to clutter the pools. Management does nothing to prevent these things.
Security: Guard runs around the building when they report to work doing some checking game then are not seen for the rest of the night locked in their secure guard house. Recently a car was stripped in plain view of the guard house while the guard was on duty.
Elevators: Frequently broken remain unrepaired for days.
