Ballena Village Apartments

Not worth the money... Far from "Luxury". From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   Since my occupancy in 1999, my next door neighbors have been robbed, my car has been vandalized three times, I was just informed of a murder in my apartment building that took place on December 31, 1999, the loitering of students smoking marijuana in the parking garage, students having sex on the park bench outside of my apartment, people partying out on the bench late at night, maintenance coming into my apartment to remodel my bathroom without my permission and the last straw is that someone tried to steal my car January 2002. This is just a list of a few things that I find most concerning... Do not move here if you value your property.
