Ballena Village Apartments

DONT BE FOOLED! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Come to live at Ballena Village if you like to drink red, rusty water, bathe in moldy bathrooms, live with ant infested walls and musty hallways. This place says it's 'luxury' but it is far from that. Security is horrible and our car has been robbed twice in the parking lot. The security guard has been seen sitting in the 'club house' watching TV at night, rather than walking the grounds. Also, when you get your tour, they don't show you the junky cars with no wheels that are resting on blocks in the parking lot. Our neighbor's apartment has been flooded for the past 2 days and we have had no hot water. STAY AWAY FROM BALLENA VILLAGE.
