I have lived at Ballena Village for four years. The work requests take a little longer to finish, but the staff is nice. The previous person wrote the pool and spa are dirty, but I find them to be very clean. The spa has even been recently painted a nice blue color. I love the fittness center and do not have to pay extra to use. I left my iron on recently one day and asked somenone from the office to turn off for me and they did so with no problem. While I was out on vacation they even checked my mail for me. Based on my experience I would live here again.

Very clean spa and pool? What a joke! On summer days, it was so filthy several women wouldn't use them. You coudln't even see the bottom of the pool. Only two out of five jets work in the spa, and the promised heat for the pool lasted only half the time stated when we moved in. Management changes their story with the wind on this one. We got one story and another tenant got a different version the same week. Nothing in writing, and rental contracts have a disclaimer so that management can change the amenities without notifying the tenants. Of course the water was clean in April when you wrote your review, given the pool wasn't being used (no heat)... Different story afterwards.

Pool is filty and the spa is very very dirty. The water is yellow and I inform the management they said the will put more chlorine in it !!!! So I suggest them the change the water instead of putting more chemical in it. Takes a week to get it done.
