Ballena Village Apartments

Unsafe/Lack of security From: zztopzz Date posted: 7/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Rude, rowdy, derogatory, neighborhood kids are coming into the common pool area and are causing fights and arguments. They are bringing down the value and the experience of living at Ballena Village. The management of Ballena needs to act IMMEDIATELY before something more serious occurs and they get sued up the ass for liability reasons. I overlook the pool area and in the past week I have seen 5 verbal arguments between the trespassing kids and residents. I have heard racial and sexual comments and arguments and the police have been called numerous times in the past month. I have had a good experience here overall but Ballena's management needs to act on this IMMEDIATELY to prevent anything from occuring. Are they really waiting for something serious to happen before they act' UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value the safety of your children, your possessions, or youself. I hold Ballena's management and their lack of security 100% at fault for they have done nothing.
