Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
The apartment did well enough for me until noisy neighbors made me leave. Numerous complaints to management - they said they wrote letters - but the noise never stopped.

The complex has gotten rougher and noisier since I moved in. A huge negative when I got there was the dreadful brown water - so the complete redoing of the pipes a few months ago was very welcome.
