This place is horrible to me..
I have been here over a year and I have had tons of issues. First off, they move me into an apartment with all kinds of maintenance issues including the infamous rusty brown running water. They knew of this water issue but never said anything about it until after I moved in. There were times when I had to be without water for days and we had no hot water for months!! Maintenance was extremely slow and you will always need to put in multiple requests to get things fixed. The hallways are always smelly and remind me of a cheap motel. Washing mashines are always broken and never fixed as well as excercise equipment. There is a shortage in parking and Management has the nerve to get an additude when you complain about your basic rights. I had to let plummers in and out of my house as they chose for 2 whole weeks. I couldnt even sleep because they often came early in the mornings. The clubhouse bathrooms are always locked lately so that you cannot use the sauna (even thought its been broken since Ive been there). I enjoy the gym and the cable that you can watch in the gym but this apartment is far from luxurious as advertised. Please Beware!!
