Why are the streams still dry' What is being done to stem the trespassing problem' Are there going to be any steps taken to decrease the vandalism that has increased due to unchecked trespassing' (And I don't mean another flier) Isn't it clear that this complex is going straight downhill''' What is being done to prevent this''' Just a few questions from a concerned resident who has seen my complex decline rapidly in a little over a year...
