I regret living there.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
During my tenancy at Ballena Village, I have complained several times to management about, among other things dirty-brown water coming from the kitchen and bathroom faucets as well as the shower. In particular, I complained how the water coming from my faucets came out brown with small particles. I left phone messages to these and other problems with management. No one ever returned my phone messages. It was only when I came in person to the office would the apartment manager issue maintenance work orders to fix the problem. This of course was unreasonable given the fact that I could not take the time off of work to issue my complaints in person. Even after all my complaints, the water problem in my apartment was never permanently fixed. A workman only came by twice to address the problem, once to put on a filter on the kitchen faucet and another time to flush the pipes. A few days after each of these visits from the workman, the dirty water problem returned. And of course, I immediately complained again. Even after all my complaints, this problem was never fixed. As a result, I moved out of the apartment and I never renewed my lease. I could not wash dishes or take showers.
