I don't know what is wrong with the employees at Bellena Village but I have never met more incompetent people in one place in my entire life. Every issue or situation that has arise since I moved into my apartment has been handleed incorrectly. The manager has never returned my phone call - ever! I called the emergency maintenance because there was a leak in my bathroom and the guy hung up on me. I complained about a noisy neighbor and the staff posted the notice on my door using my exact qoute in the letter, not to mention that they posted the notice 6 weeks after I made the complaint. I put in a work order to have my door fixed beacuse it wouldn't close properly and it took them 3 1/2 months to come over and fix it (I had to call 4 times). They have deposited my rent check and credited another tenants ledger on three seperate occassions and then have tried to charge me a late fee for their mistake. They gave my parking space to another tenant - then tried to move me across the complex to a space on the opposite side then my apartment. They never return phone calls so if I need to talk to thtem I have to continue calling over and over again.
