So when you call in, they explain to you how "Beautiful" this apartment place is. They say things like, we have water streams along the apartments, great swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, huge gym, batting cage, basketball court, etc...

The truth is...Ballena Village has been having problems with their plumbing for quite some time. They haven't had the water looking nice since...July or August of 2005. It is now February and there's still no water streams. You'll see a little water along the streams. They are GREEN...looks absoutely disgusting but hey, They are a "luxury apartment complex".

They also talk about how wonderful their sauna is...it's broken..no one has ever fixed it. Gym is actually pretty decent. Jacuzzi is nice but needs a cleaning or two. They get a lot of highschool students who trespass A LOT especially during the summer. They say they can't do anything but call the police. And the batting cages look like crap. No one even goes there. Basketball court is okay. Mainly kids from the high school end up using it. Also, be careful while parking on Central. There are a few Encinal high school kids who kicks peoples cars I now have 4 dent marks on the side of my vechicle.

THANKS BALLENA for all your hard work for making this place very sanitary with green water, very safe with all the people who trespass, and never returning any maintance
calls because you have 300 units. You have truly made our living experience "great".
