Look...most of the people in management are actually very nice individuals. Edith is awesome as usual, and the new ones seem friendly enough. That saying, this place is slippin?? and it??s becoming very apparent that this complex has downgraded very quickly. Those of us that have been here for a couple of years have seen this place go from a beautifully landscaped, friendly, workable complex to what it is now. Nothing works, management ?? despite their friendliness ?? is very slow to respond, construction is inconsistent, the gym is now a disgrace as nothing works, the landscaping has definitely gotten worse.. I don??t get it. It doesn??t seem like it would be that difficult to get things back to where they once were and it doesn??t seem like it would take too much effort or time. Just the little things would make things better, fixing the machines in the gym, making sure that the streams were always filled, actually responding to tenant calls and/or picking up the phone. I don??t want to place the blame entirely on the people in management as perhaps Sequoia needs to hire more staff. Definitely something is going wrong though, it??s not worth it to renew a lease, I would not advise new tenants to move in. This place is going down and it??s a shame since it should be easily fixable.

I agree. The amount of noise has increased. It seems as though Ballena has lowered it's standards all around. I think they allow too many people to live in one apartment. If this place looks to good to be true...IT IS.
