I lived there for more than a year and wouldn't recomment to anyone else. This place is all looks and no substance. The place catched my eye at the first glimps, Oh but how big a mistake that was. Apart from the fact that there is nothing like customer service by the management they increased the rent by close to 10% in a year. And old tanents also has to pay more when they want to sign a new lease. You have to contact the office at leaset 3 times to get something fixed. And one big disadvantag is that its not a gated community so parking is not safe. Security is minimal so in summer you will see a lot of school kids in the pool and in gym which makes them virtually unusable and noisy.
