Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Living at Ballena Village Apartments is like being on vacation. Ponds, Lakes and streams very serene. The office staff always invites you for a cup of coffe and their freshly baked cookies.They have a great team. Work orders get done right of way. Coudln't live in a better place. I do not plan on moving anyplace else.
