Ballena Village Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I don't know what the office staff could've done to the last two people that posted, but they seem really bitter. Cierra IS awesome!!! And so is the rest of the office staff. I get helped every time I go in. Maintenance ROCKS! They come almost right away when I need them to fix something. The pond I guess can get dirty but that's pretty much anything that has to do with wildlife and nature...so I don't get what that guy's complaining about. Rent increases aren't fun NO MATTER HOW HIGH OR LOW the increase, but I haven't seen an apartment on craigslist that was cheaper than mine. Ballena Village offers LOTS of stuff other places don't...like one of the office staff watched my cat over the holiday weekend and when I asked she said YES with a SMILE ON HER FACE. I don't know what they could've done to make you mad, but I haven't seen anyone in the office act fake and not do anything for me. They always call back and let me know what's going on. I love it here and would recommend it to everyone I know...PLUS the referral bonus doesn't hurt:)
