Great place to call Home !!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   What is wrong with these people.'! Ballena Village is the best place I ever had. They please your every wimp. Whatever needs to be fixed in your place gets taken care off right away. Even Courtesey patrol is nice. They have walked me back to my Apartment several times in the dark and helped carry up groceries for me. The office is always offering a hot cup of coffee or cookies. They have an excellent service team also. My hat off to them, keep up the good work. I am one happy Resident.
