Ballena Village Apartments

Nightmare From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Anyone who has written good comments about this place must be an employee of Ballena Village. Looks nice from the street, horrible place to live. The laundry room is disgusting and very expensive. Usually it takes twice as long to do laundry because either the washer or dryer you are using doesn't work. The grounds are unkept and the waterways throughout the complex aren't taken care of. They stink, not to mention how gross they are to look at and live around. Management smiles and goes along with whatever they are told, don't kid yourself, they work to make money and that's all these people care about. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.
