There are california laws that all landlord's / Appt owner's and management must follow.
1. If you have non working or unsafe to use things such as water etc, you must file a complaint with the manager. If they do not respond then by CA LAW you have the right not to pay rent or they must relocate you with no charge until the problem gets resolved. As for any Mold issues, Mold is very dangerous!! It WILL cause serious health problems. If you see any mold in your appt or anywhere else in the building contact the manager right away!!!! DO NOT TRY AND REMOVE IT YOURSELF!!!
DO NOT LET THEM TRY TO BULLY YOU INTO PAYING OR YOU WILL GET EVICTED.
THAT IS ILLEGAL!!! YOU COULD TAKE THEM TO COURT AND YOU WILL MOST LIKELY WIN!!!

wow! bad reviews after bad reviews(for past few months) ... that doesn't sound good to me ... I was planning to move in this summer. Guess I got to search little more.
