This is a great place to live. This is based on 16 years of living here, plus having lived previously in several other similar facilities. And, the management and staff
is the best I've seen during my time here.

LOL, you are completely wrong. I have been a tenant of Ballena Village since 1992 and have never been employed by the apartment
managers or owners. I am very happy living here. If someone wants

This review is probably a fake. It doesn't go into much detail, does it, for someone who claims to have lived there for 16 years. Prospective tenants, please do yourself a favor and read the other reviews. You can live in a nicer neighborhood for less money. "Sagegrp," you work for Sequoia Equities, am I right? LOL.

I agree that this review is probably fake. I don't even think they actually lived there. I have lived in a lot of apt complexes & this is by far the worst place I have ever been.
