This is the worst place I have ever lived. The worst, nightmare ever. Don't Live there. If you are lucky enough not moving in yet, please don't. It is still time to reconsider any other place...

everytime i walk by there is are dogs barking by me! lol. I even like dogs! :)

The Ballena Village management has so many rules and regulations that are selectively and unfairly applied. They turn a blind eye to the immigrant families who crowd several adults into a one-bedroom apartment, throw their garbage around, play loud music and hang their laundry up to dry on the balcony, but they crack down on pet owners, extorting a $500 pet deposit and extra rent. They routinely don't return deposits and are in general hypocritical about everything. Also, don't bother using the pool, unless you want to confront neighborhood thugs or compete with huge extended immigrant families who take up the entire pool, even though some of them don't live there.
