I recently moved into Ballena Village from another property in Alameda, and have enjoyed my short time here. The Leasing Staff have been readily available, pleasant, and helpful. Any issues I have had have been taken care of quickly and effectively. Parking is good, the community is fairly quiet, it's well lit at night, and the landscaping and grounds are clean. I like the slower pace of West Alameda, and overall I am pleased with the property.
