***Pros.***
1. Nice landscape (but often noisy with grass mower and wind blower).
2. Close to the Bay (great for walking).
3. Nice Gym.
***Cons.***
1. Really RUSTY BROWN WATER.
Everyday we had to flush the kitchen water pipe. Also we had to buy our own drinking water. Apartment will supply a water filter but you have to ask for it.
2. WORST TV CABLE option in the bay area. The only choice is TVMAX ( = Optel).
Much Fewer channels compared to the market standard. No comedy, no food channels. Besides signals are terrible. Fuzzy disturbed TV screens. The cable company doesnLt want to reinstall new expensive equipment for the apt complex. This is why you see so many satellite dishes sticking out in the residentsfporch.
3. Expensive and often not working Laundry machines.
$1.75 for washing! Laundry machine company doesnLt do a good job either. Often they are out of order and steal my money. Apt manager thinks it is not their responsibility to deal with any problem.
4. Pool can be very noisy with kids.
5. School side complex can be very noisy during football season etc.
6. Poolside events (some music band) run by Apt. can be irritating.
7. Postal delivery (except USPS) failed many times too. UPS often leaves packages at the leasing office but no such notice to the resident. One time our friend sent us a perishable gift package, which was delivered to the leasing office. When we learned about the gift later from our friend ( not from Apt manager nor UPS ), the gift was already rotten.
8. Overall the apt is very old, and it is badly managed. Manager and staffs keep changing frequently.
