Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
First moved there in 1999 at which time management was horrible and discriminatory. It once took three weeks to change the lights in the parking garage. A huge portion of the cost associated with living in the complex were for maintaining the landscaping which was a joke. The streams and lakes were pits of dirt and rock for apporx 2 years. Laundry machines often break and are unrepairable for a week or longer. Now in 2002 things are slowly starting to improve with the new manager, she has a eye for detail and real property management expierence. The apartments are still not worth the asking price.
