I lived at Ballena Village for two years and I guess the experience can be summed up by what happended this spring. In May they posted a notice in our building that the carpet would be replaced in June. I moved out in September and still the same old, dirty carpet throghout the building. Also, the parking is terrible and if your apartment faces a parking lot, as many do, good luck trying to sleep, you'll have noice all night long.
